Pursuant to Section 2.08(e) of the Credit Agreement, the Company hereby requests that theaggregateamountoftheMulticurrencyCommitmentsbeincreasedfrom$650,000,000to

$675,000,000(the“CommitmentIncrease”)onJune30,2026.

TheCompanyintendstoeffectuatetheCommitmentIncreasebyincreasingthe MulticurrencyCommitmentofSumitomoMitsuiBankingCorporationfrom$75,000,000to

$100,000,000.
